What You’ll Do
Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through a Christian worldview
Integrate evidence-based clinical practices with biblical principles

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for therapists who are:
Licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
Temporary licensed therapists under supervision are welcome
Equipped with a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Strong in their Christian faith and values
Compassionate, emotionally mature, and relationally skilled
Passionate about using therapy as a tool for healing and restoration
Experience in faith-based counseling is a plus—but a teachable heart matters most.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through a Christian worldview
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ethical standards
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
Support Heartland’s mission and contribute to our Christ-centered culture

Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Active state licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
