Our Team

Renee is the Client Services Coordinator at Heartland, bringing warmth and compassion to each person she meets. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Iowa State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Grand View University. Renee hopes to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and work with children and families. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and is excited to meet and support clients from the moment they walk through the door.

Renee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new coffee shops, visiting the Des Moines Farmers Market, serving on the worship team, and traveling with her fiancé. She especially loves being in the mountains, where she enjoys taking in all of God’s creation. Anywhere with mountains is the place to be!
