About Adrian
Adrian is a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He received his B.S. in Psychology from Iowa State University and then went on to get his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Drake University. Adrian enjoys working with adolescents, college students, and adults on a variety of issues, including anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment, self-esteem, and ADHD. He uses a mix of treatment modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Adrian is very passionate about brain health and greatly enjoys walking with people through their life’s journey.
In his free time, Adrian enjoys watching and attending races, playing basketball and other sports, playing board/card games, and spending time with family and friends.
